Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade through your account settings at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle; you won't lose data when switching tiers.

We'll email you a reminder before your trial ends. If you don't subscribe, your lookup access pauses until you pick a plan — your saved history and favorites stay intact.

A lookup is one address check — we tell you which jurisdiction handles permits for that address and whether a permit is required. We don't pull or file permits on your behalf. All paid plans include unlimited jurisdiction lookups; the 5-per-session cap only applies to the free guest mode.

Email support@permit-atlas.com within 14 days of your first charge and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime to stop further billing.
